Cougar’s Stud Contract

The stud fee for Cougar (Top Guns Heart of a Lion) is $450.00 and is due before breeding takes place. If the breeding does not take, the owner of the bitch will receive a $350.00 refund, the other $100.00 covers the cost of boarding and caring for the bitch while she is in heat. In the event that the bitch only whelps 1 or 2 puppies the stud service charge will change at the rate of $150.00 per puppy and the owner of the dam will be refunded the difference. A litter of 3 or more puppies will be considered a full litter and will be charged full price.

All females looking to breed to Cougar must be current on all vaccinations and we must be provided veterinary records of all vaccinations. We must also see documentation of the female’s AKC registration and we must see the female’s pedigree to ensure it is a compatible breeding and that there will be no inbreeding.

All veterinary expenses incurred while the female is in our care including artificial insemination, progesterone testing, emergency veterinary care or any other veterinary expense that may arise while the bitch is in our care will be the responsibility of the owner of the bitch and will be billed accordingly.

Top Gun Retrieverz will assume no responsibility if the bitch becomes ill, injured, or dies while she is in our care. By signing this document I agree to the terms stated within this contract and release Top Gun Retrieverz from any liability.
