Eye and Hip Guarantee Agreement

Top Gun Kennels will replace your dog if hip joints or sockets cause the dog to be non-functional and the dog fails an OFA test at age 26 months. We must see an X-Ray from a certified veterinarian showing natural hip problem. This must be signed by the veterinarian who performed services. If above natural hip displacement occurs, Top Gun Kennels will replace your dog with a puppy of similar quality breeding.

The eyes are also covered with a CERF test. We must see eye failure from a certified veterinarian.

You may keep the failed dog, but must spay or neuter that dog. We will need documentation from veterinarian as proof, along with its AKC paperwork returned to us signing dog back over to us.
