Hip and Eye Guarantee Agreement

       Top Gun Retrieverz will replace your dog if hip joints or sockets cause the dog to be non-functional and the dog fails an OFA test at  20 to 26 months of age, no exceptions. We must see an X-Ray from a certified veterinarian showing natural hip problem. This must be signed by the veterinarian who performed services. If above natural hip displacement occurs, Top Gun Retrieverz will replace your dog with a puppy of similar quality breeding of our choosing and the purchaser will have to wait for our next available breeding, we do not give any guarantees on how long it may take us to replace your puppy. No refunds will be given.

The eyes are also covered with a CERF (certified eye registry foundation) test. The dog must have failed it’s CERF test between 20 and 26 months of age no exceptions. We must see eye failure from a certified veterinarian.

You may keep the failed dog, but must spay or neuter that dog. We will need documentation from a veterinarian as proof, along with its AKC paperwork returned to us signing dog back over to us.
